In the flat version, the large plate becomes a serving platter and small tray. The high version is called "Spätzle plate" by catering professionals, probably due to its huge capacity in a small space. The large square plate is the base on which all other 21 parts can be safely stacked.

The Berlin Congress Center is one of the best event venues in Berlin. To optimize gastronomic processes there and to offer guests a functional yet aesthetically sophisticated ambience in a confined space, gewerkdesign designed a 22-piece stackable crockery set.
