We currently deliver within Germany. The delivery charges (postage and packaging) are based on the total weight of your order and are displayed at the checkout before the order is finalised. The weights listed below include the packaging:

Courier services
All orders are dispatched as a letter or parcel via Deutsche Post or as a parcel via DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email (for parcels, this includes a DHL tracking number)

Delivery times
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that delays may occur in exceptional circumstances (e.g. during periods of high order volume or on public holidays).

Order processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
