The book series »Starke Frauen im Portrait« (Portraits of Strong Women) published by the Knesebeck Verlag focuses on unusual biographies of extraordinary women. The books contain many previously unpublished photographs. gewerkdesign was granted plenty of artistic freedom for the design, with only the format and type of paper set in advance.
