Museum Wolfenbüttel – Change of structure

In order to combine the Museum of Wolfenbüttel Castle and the newly planned Civil Museum into one brand, gewerkdesign created a superordinate institution: The Wolfenbüttel Museum. The Wolfenbüttel Museum represents both museums in the cultural landscape while providing them with one director. While the Museum of Wolfenbüttel Castle covers four centuries of monarchic history, the Civil Museum will focus on the city of Wolfenbüttel’s history after 1754. Thus both museums keep their unique features.
